Refund policy

We do not offer a refund if you change your mind about an item. We do offer a refund if you item is faulty or if you wish to exchange a size. All returns and exchanges must be made within 7 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging with the tags on.

Return shipping will be at your own expense. Once we have received and approved your faulty item you will be refunded the full amount of the item plus the return shipping costs.

We do not offer refunds for items on ‘sale’ only size exchanges.
